Jess Lowe is an award-winning, first generation Costa Rican/American Filmmaker based between New York City and Los Angeles.

Heading the US office as Executive Producer at Fresh Film Productions - a global, female-led production company - she proudly represents a diverse array of talented directors.

Throughout her career she has produced commercials for a wide variety of household names such as Dove and Target plus music videos for respected artists like Radiohead and Maggie Rogers.

Jess produced an experimental multimedia film experience titled, The Bomb which premiered as closing selection of the 2016 Tribeca Film Festival.

Another film Jess produced, They Saw The Sun First won a 2021 BAFTA and Webby.

Her directorial credits include commercials for Living Proof and Madre Mezcal alongside music videos for Brandi Carlile and Cid Rim. Her music video, ‘Control’ by Cid Rim feat. Denai Miller won Best Music Video at the 2019 Female Voices Rock Film Festival. Her feature-length documentary is currently in production.

Outside of filmmaking, Jess enjoys camping and volunteering with the Huneebee Project.
